Mr. Stack serves as the Chief Investment Officer for M3Sixty Capital as well as Co-Portfolio Manager of the M3Sixty International Equity Strategy and the M3Sixty International Equity ADR Strategy.
Prior to joining M3Sixty, he was lead Portfolio Manager of the Scout International strategy-managing over $11 billion in international equities. Prior to joining Scout, he managed the European Equities Fund at Overseas Asset Management (OAM), an off-shore investment firm based in Grand Cayman.
Mr. Stack's experience includes assisting in the management of European equity portfolios for U.S. Trust Company of New York in New York and London. Additionally, Michael worked as a research analyst for a domestic brokerage house in Slovakia and has over 26 years of financial industry experience.
Mr. Stack holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and International Business from Columbia Business School in NY and a BComm degree from University College Dublin. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Kansas City, as well as the CFA Institute.
Mr. Lupercio serves as the Co-Portfolio Manager and Analyst of
the M3Sixty International Equity Strategy.
Prior to joining M3Sixty, he was Co-Lead Portfolio Manager of
the Carillon Scout International Fund and the Carillon Scout
International Equity ADR Strategy. He also served as the Lead
Portfolio Manager for Scout's international SRI accounts, Carillon
Scout’s Halal investment strategy, and a global ESG strategy.
In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities, he
provided fundamental company analysis of the Financial Services,
Real Estate, and Energy sectors. Prior to joining Scout in 2007, he
was a senior associate analyst for A.G. Edwards & Sons with
previous experience as an analyst with Bear Stearns.
Mr. Lupercio earned his MBA with a concentration in finance
from the Olin School of Business at Washington University and his
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rockhurst
Mr. du Vigneaud is the Portfolio Manager of the M3Sixty Income and Opportunity Strategy.
Prior to joining M3Sixty Capital, Vincent most recently served as the Senior Portfolio Manager for FinTrust Capital Advisors. He was responsible for creating and maintaining client portfolios as well as being Portfolio Manager for four of the firm’s Direct Index Portfolios. Vince was also the head trader, analyst and Investment Committee Member for the firm’s flagship FinTrust Income and Opportunity Strategy.
Mr. Woodward co-founded Bridge City Capital, LLC in 2008. Bridge City Capital is the sole sub-advisor of the M3Sixty Small Cap Growth Fund. As President and co-founder, Alex is responsible for oversight of the firm including the firm’s finances, operations and long-term planning. He is also a portfolio manager/research analyst focusing on technology, health care and consumer discretionary companies.
Alex has been in the investment industry since 1998 and focused on the small cap asset class since 2001. Prior to co-founding Bridge City Capital, Alex spent 7 years as a research analyst at Mazama Capital Management, Inc., an institutional asset management firm,
Alex received a B.S. degree from Linfield College and a MBA degree from Portland State University.
